      DAN-Brugloos-S

      The DAN–Brugloos‑S has been specially developed to meet the high standards of Dutch greenhouse horticulture. Knowledge and experience from its predecessor, the “Brugloos,” have been incorporated into this new Brugloos‑S model. Uniformity has been improved, and the shape of the swivel has also been redesigned. Two different rotor models have been introduced, depending on the nozzle capacity, to achieve the most optimal uniformity. Since 2026, the new rotor (R) has been introduced, characterized by a longer lifespan and sustained high uniformity. This responds to challenges such as excessive operating pressure, calcium crystallization, high rotation speed, and the resulting rotor wear. The DAN‑Brugloos (‑S) with bayonet (B) version and modified rotor is now considered the new standard for greenhouse irrigation.

      DLI JOULE-Series 1000W

      The DLI reflectors are manufactured to have the highest possible total reflectance at all wavelengths from 400 to 700 nm giving excellent PAR rendition. The integrated hemispherical reflectance is over 95% with an absence of iridescence colours in the louvre. The DLI reflectors are made from an electrochemically brightened high purity aluminium substrate coil, and start with an anodised base coat which gives a hard support to minimize abrasion damage. The material is then treated under vacuum with specially developed processes to maximise coating adhesion and is vacuum coated with a super pure reflection layer of 99.99% pure aluminium. These reflection layers are overlaid with a dual layer oxide system tuned for maximum visible reflection enhancement. This serves to increase the overall reflectivity provided by the metallic layers and adds protection against damage.

      Dosifeed

      Mixing vessel or injection unit The Dosifeed is a mixing vessel or injection unit that can be used to prepare and pump feed water to your crops. The Dosifeed is available in different capacities and can be controlled by various computer systems. Version As standard, the Dosifeed is equipped with a stainless steel frame and a work floor of galvanised grids. The Dosifeed can be equipped with a mixing vessel, in which the A and B fertiliser solutions are accurately administered by means of a number of dosing pumps. When many different feed solutions have to be prepared, the A and B solutions can be injected into a mixing chamber equipped with a static mixer. An advanced EC and pH control system ensures the reliable dosage of the required fertilisers. The water is filtered through a sand filter that rinses fully automatically, or through a self-cleaning filter. For operational safety, an extra fine filter with a throughput of 130 microns is applied. An EC pre-control system can be applied for the mixing of drain water (which has been disinfected) to ensure the pre-set and regular supply of drain water. The Dosifeed can process various types of fertilisers into the desired nutrient solution. Nowadays, solid fertilisers are often mixed with premixed fertilisers in big bags. When liquid fertilisers are processed the A and B vessels can easily be filled using the Flowfeed.

    10. DrainSense

      DrainSense

      DrainSense is Sigrow's wireless drain sensor for soil-based and substrate-based greenhouses. It continuously measures drain EC, pH, temperature, drain volume and live gutter weight at a 5-minute interval, with 0.5% load cell precision. Because it measures the water leaving the root zone and the gutter weight, not the substrate itself, it works on every greenhouse substrate: rockwool, coco, coco peat, perlite and soil. Growers use it to steer irrigation on real drain data, resolving drain EC shifts under 0.3 mS/cm in real time. Solar-powered and fully wireless; integrates with HortOS, Argus and Priva.
