      4MT Buffer station: Solution for smaller sortings of roses. In close cooperation with one of our customers, the product 4MT Buffer Station was created. The problem they encountered was that for some sortings, only minimal numbers of roses were sorted per day. Because a separate bunching station is used for each sorting, there were bunching stations that only operated for a fraction of their capacity per day. As a solution we developed the 4MT Buffer station. 4MT Bufferstation makes it possible to process 3x as many sortings on the surface of 1 bunching station. The roses are buffered in a string belt station. In this station, approx. 30-40 roses fit, depending on the bud size. Once the station is full, an alarm will sound. The employee can then simply empty the station and manually bunch the roses. By replacing 1 bunching station with a 4MT Buffer station, you can process 2 extra sortings.       The IRISS Hydrangea mobile is a mobile sorting solution for cut hydrangeas. Up to approximately 1200 flowers per hour are assessed by IRISS cameras for diameter of the flower head, color of the flower and stem length. Each flower is assigned a color coding that corresponds to a preset sorting. This creates more uniform bunches. These grading parameteres can be adjusted entirely to the grower's wishes. Switching between different breeds is simple. By automating the sorting process, human error is eliminated. The sorting process is no longer dependent on trained personnel, leaving the grower more time for other essential business processes.

      Albers Alligator drinking water tanks are used for the temporary storage of drinking water.
