The AutoFill works with two intermediate vessels. In the intermediate vessels, the required fertilizer schedule is prepared in such a way that the composition fully matches the relevant fertilizer schedule in the A and B fertilizer tanks. This allows you to always empty the intermediate vessels in these tanks. This creates a fully automatic and continuous process. The control and operation of AutoFill is very user-friendly, using a powerful PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) with a touchscreen display. The touchscreen display shows a continuous visualization of the filling process. The PLC allows monitoring and registration of the operation and provides a fully comprehensive record of the fertilizers used.
