This potting machine has been around for more than 20 years and is by now ubiquitous in the horticultural and tree nursery industries. The Stolze 3030-PRO potting machine is the result of improving the standard Stolze 3030 potting machine. The cream of the crop among potting machines. Potting machine Stolze 3030-PRO is quieter and requires less maintenance compared to standard potting machines and can be extensively set and read out. In combination with a planting robot, both machines can be very efficiently adjusted to each other. This leads to a smooth, fast and fully automated potting process. We also offer complete systems in which the soil supply is taken care of by means of a big bale breaker, soil truck or a toploader with soil conveyor belts.

A PRESSCON nitrogen expansion system monitors and controls the pressure that is present in the expansion chamber of a large scale central heating system. The system is comprised out of a nitrogen generator with an air compressor, a set of pressure sensors that measure the water level and pressure in the heating system's buffer tank, a safety pressure/vacuum valve for the buffer tank and a control module that controls the output of the nitrogen generator. Our nitrogen generators have a lightweight design that facilitates easy maintenance and service interventions. The design of the Hornit and Vernit units is deliberately made open without a cabinet to house the inner-workings. This is a choice made both for easy access for maintenance, but also to keep the investment lower for the end customer. While our standard expansion systems span from a production capacity of 1m3 up to 18m3 of 99% pure nitrogen gas per hour, we can also design and build custom nitrogen installations for various industrial uses, with capacities of up to 1.000m3 of nitrogen per hour.

Presscon Vital Oxidizer
Bacteria, algae, fungi and yeasts can flourish richly in the water system of a nursery. The oxygen content in the irrigation water decreases because oxygen is used by bacteria, algae and organic substances. Nitrate is also converted into nitrite that is toxic to the plants. By using the Vital Oxidizer, the oxygen percentage in the water can be increased back to 100%. The Vital Oxidizer sucks air into the water under counter pressure and with swirls, so that the air is brought into contact with the water extremely well. Oxygen brings back the natural balance in the water and the bio film, algae and nitrite disappear in the pipes, making chlorine and hydrogen peroxide in the majority of cases a thing of the past. The result is brand clean and almost like new pipes, less concern for the grower, a better breeding result and a better plant system. The Vital Oxidizer can be placed without problems with a pump directly behind the substrate unit on the main pipe with a pipe pressure of between 0.5 and 5.4 bar. It is also possible to hang the Vital Oxidizer in combination with a submersible pump in a silo.
