The TubeRaiser is a lightweight tube rail lift designed to make crop changeovers faster and safer. It was developed in response to grower feedback to eliminate heavy manual lifting of tube rails during foil replacement. The TubeRaiser safely lifts tube rails so that the foil underneath can be changed without strenuous lifting by staff. Weighing only around 11 kg, it can be easily moved by one person from the end of one crop row to the next. The self-locking lifting construction prevents unexpected lowering and allows operators to work more efficiently. The TubeRaiser is suitable for standard 51 mm tube rails with various heart-to-heart sizes and can handle lifting weights up to approximately 100 kg with a cordless drive tool. This innovation reduces physical strain, saves time and improves ergonomics during crop rotations.
