Measuring and mixing liquid fertilizer is a time-consuming and precise job, on which a lot depends. Our fully automatic AutoFill fertilizer-tank filler saves a great deal of work. With AutoFill you are always assured of the correct dosage and optimum fertilizer mixing. AutoFill operates according to the fertilizer schedules that you specify.
The AutoFill fertilizer-tank filler has a modular structure, whereby it is possible to
enter multiple fertilizer schemes for sets of A and B fertilizer tanks, supplemented
with, for example, two C containers for acid and alkali. The AutoFill works with two intermediate vessels. In the intermediate vessels, the required fertilizer schedule is prepared in such a way that the composition fully matches the relevant fertilizer schedule in the A and B fertilizer tanks. This allows you to always empty the intermediate
vessels in these tanks. This creates a fully automatic and continuous
process. The control and operation of AutoFill is very user-friendly, using a powerful PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) with a touchscreen display. The touchscreen display shows a continuous visualization of the filling process. The PLC allows monitoring and registration of the operation and provides a fully comprehensive record of the fertilizers used.
