As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish. You will work with our team of lighting experts to develop tailor-made solutions for our clients in the greenhouse horticulture sector. You will be responsible for coordinating the various phases of the project, including planning, budgeting, execution and evaluation.
In addition, you will be the first point of contact for the client and will maintain regular contact to ensure that their needs and expectations are understood and met. You will also ensure that project goals are achieved and that any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Job requirements:
• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant discipline, such as business administration, engineering or horticulture.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager, preferably in the greenhouse horticulture sector.
• Organizational skills and able to manage projects from start to finish.
• Excellent communication skills and able to communicate effectively with clients, partners and team members.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in greenhouse horticulture, lighting projects, software or online platform is a plus.
• Communicative and commercially strong towards colleagues, customers and partners.
• You can deal with people at different work levels.
• You know how to deal with deadlines and strive to deliver on your promises.
• You are able to sell no.
• You work proactively, accurately and responsibly.
• You master the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
• In possession of a driving license B.
