As a Customer Support Professional, you’ll work in a team of six colleagues and ensure the correct handling of the order process. You’ll be the primary point of contact for customers and dealers, handle questions and complaints, provide product information, support account managers, follow up on quotes, and offer first-line technical advice. You’ll also contribute to process improvements to continuously enhance the customer experience. What you bring:
Higher professional education (HBO) degree or comparable work experience
Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and knowledge of ERP/CRM
Excellent command of Dutch, French, and English
Strong communication and customer-focused skills
Proactive, reliable, adaptable, and a true team player
