Are you an ambitious and connecting Account Manager eager to contribute to innovative and sustainable cultivation systems in greenhouse horticulture across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)? This is your opportunity! Entrepreneurship, customer focus, pioneering spirit and strategic thinking are at the heart of this role. You will develop a growth-oriented sales strategy, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with customers and dealers.

Your role:
You are responsible for all sales, service and support activities aimed at greenhouse vegetable cultivation in the DACH region. You will optimize the sales organization, develop long-term partnerships with distributors, direct customers and key stakeholders, working mainly from home and on location. You will participate in Grodan’s innovative projects.

Key responsibilities:
Maximize sales opportunities and build lasting client relationships
Maintain strong network contacts with chain partners, growers’ groups, consultants and suppliers
Represent Grodan as the main point of contact in greenhouse horticulture in DACH
Attend trade fairs, seminars, and customer events
Prepare and execute sales plans and budgets
Report on market trends, competitors, and developments
Support local recycling solutions

Your profile:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, 3–5 years of proven account management experience, preferably in greenhouse cultivation. You are result-driven, analytical, independent, and excel in relationship management. Excellent communication skills in German and English are essential; Dutch is a plus. You enjoy travelling and are sensitive to cultural differences.
