You will work in a close-knit sales team with another account manager, an inside sales employee, a business development manager and the commercial manager
What will you do?
• You will look for new sales opportunities
• You actively approach potential customers (growers)
• You visit them on location and provide thorough follow-up to the sales process until the deal is made
• You maintain contact and build long-term relationships with prospects and leads
• You report and record your progress per account in our CRM system
• You are responsible for drawing up and sending quotations
• You represent our brands at trade fairs and events
What do you bring with you?
• Background in sales in B2B
• Experience in floriculture or vegetables/fruit is a plus
• Well-developed commercial insight
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
• You like challenges and are persistent
• You know how to convince people
• You have a goodwill factor and are a pleasant colleague
• You have a driving license B
