Stand type

Easyfairs offers various stand types. Here you will find all practical information per stand type:

All-in stand

The All-in stand consists of the following components:


  • Stand walls; White panels in an aluminium frame. Height of walls including frame is 250 cm. Visible size of white panels in the frame is 240 cm high and 95 cm wide.
  • Frieze strip; Aluminium strip on the aisle side for attaching LED spots.
  • LED spots on rail; 6 spots per 2 linear metres.
  • Nameplate; 1 green nameplate with company name and stand number.
  • Carpet tiles; Anthracite grey carpet tiles.
  • Stand cleaning; Daily vacuuming of free floor area of the standard floor.

If you are not satisfied with the stand construction upon arrival, please report to the exhibitor reception so we can resolve this before the event starts.

Additional options All-in stand

Check the webshop or Event Services for alternative options to the All-in stand such as:

  • Different type of flooring
      • Raised floor
      • Different carpet colour
      • Removal of carpet

    • Different stand wall colour

    • Upgrade packages

Check the webshop or Event Services for options to personalise the All-in stand and make it stand out better. For example:

    • Eye catchers
    • Printed stand walls / seamless prints
    • Furniture
    • Decoration

  • If you do not wish to have a fries list, please inform Event Services (eventservices@easyfairs.com) no later than 10 days before the start of the event.
    • The removal of the fries list is subject to approval and depends on the stand size and types of neighbouring stands.

  • If the fries list is omitted, the LED spotlights and nameplate will be removed.

Rules and guidelines for all-in stand

Stand build

  • Screwing, drilling, and nailing into the stand walls are not permitted.
  • The use of tape on the walls and frames that leaves tape residue or removes the coating upon removal is not allowed.
  • In case of damage to the walls, frames and/or fries lists, a charge of €50.00 per linear metre will be applied.

Carpet

  • The removal of carpet tiles must be requested in advance via the webshop. If you remove carpet tiles from the stand yourself, the costs will still be charged.
  • When using sand, bark, or other contaminating materials in the stand, it is mandatory to protect the carpet tiles with foil or an alternative protective underlay. In case of contamination or damage to the carpet tiles, a charge of €50.00 per m² will be applied.

Stand design

  • When placing your stand objects in the all-in stand, please adhere to the following height measurements:
    • Maximum construction height: 4.5 metres.
    • Maximum display height for logos and visuals: 4 metres.

  • Rigging above the all-in stand is permitted. Hanging points, etc., can be requested via the webshop or Event Services. Rigging must be arranged through us and is carried out by Decoriginals. Please check the floor plans for no-rigging zones.

  • Fitting out the all-in stand is only allowed within the dimensions of the rented stand. It is not permitted to place objects in the aisle outside the stand.

  • Open sides adjacent to aisles may be closed up to a maximum of 50% due to sightlines.

Space only

A Space Only stand includes anthracite grey carpet tiles.

If you have reserved a Space Only stand, you are renting only the floor space provided with carpet tiles. The removal of carpet tiles must be requested in advance via the webshop.

You are responsible for providing the rest of the stand construction yourself. Please send the stand floor plan and technical drawing for approval in advance. See the deadlines for the correct submission date.

Guidelines for self-built stands

Evenementenhal Gorinchem
Hall 1 high construction: 4.5 metres
Hall 2 low construction: 4.5 metres
Hall 2 next level: 4.5 metres

Evenementenhal Hardenberg
Halls 1 to 7 and Klepperzaal: 4.5 metres

Evenementenhal Gorinchem: 4 metres
Evenementenhal Hardenberg: 4 metres

Please check the floor plans for the no rigging zones. Rigging above the stand is not possible in these areas.

Hanging points (rigging) may only be installed by our in-house supplier, Decoriginals. Requests can be made via the webshop.
Stand walls higher than 2.5 metres must be finished neutrally in white or black on the back side from 2.5 metres upwards, without logos and/or visuals.

Attaching stand walls and/or other stand components to an adjacent stand that is not built by the same exhibitor/stand builder is not permitted.

Open sides adjacent to aisles may be closed up to a maximum of 50% due to sightlines.

If you wish to provide an intermediate stand with your own stand construction, please take into account the net internal dimensions.
Net internal dimensions: -5 cm plus -1 cm per metre of stand wall. (For example: an intermediate stand 3 metres wide has a net internal dimension of 2.92 m)
