Depending on the stand location (corner, intermediate, end, or island stand), there are various possibilities. Please see below for the brochure with the options and rates per stand location.

Corner stand

A corner stand is adjacent to an aisle on two sides. These sides are open and provide visitors access to the stand. The other two sides are equipped with walls (all-in stand) and can be personalised with, for example, prints and upgrades.

Intermediate stand

An intermediate stand is adjacent to an aisle on one side. This side is open. The other three sides are equipped with walls (all-in stand) and can be personalised with, for example, prints and upgrades.

Head stand

An head stand is adjacent to an aisle on three sides. These sides are open and provide visibility into the stand from three directions. The back wall is fitted with a panel (all-in stand) and can be personalised with, for example, prints and upgrades.

Island stand

An island stand is adjacent to an aisle on all four sides, giving it a very open character. There are various possibilities to personalise an island stand, for example, with customised objects above the stand.

Technical provisions

Electricity

Electrical connections can be requested via the webshop. The use of a personal generator is not permitted.

  • For machines with a frequency controller, an electrical connection for machines must be requested via the webshop.
  • Electrical connections will be switched off after the event closes. If machines require electricity 24 hours a day, please request night power via the webshop.

Water

Water supply and/or drainage must be requested via the webshop. It is not permitted to use water from fire hose reels. Stagnant water in the stand is only allowed if you comply with the regulations regarding legionella prevention.

  • The water temperature must be maintained below 25°C or above 50°C. Measure the temperature every two hours and keep a logbook.
  • Water pipes and equipment that spray water must be regularly flushed, especially if they have not been used for an extended period.
  • Disinfect water installations with chlorine or other biocides.
  • Document and record all activities and measures taken for legionella prevention.

Compressed air

Compressed air can be requested via the webshop. You are responsible for connecting the machines yourself. The hoses will be laid during the build-up.

Compressed air is available:
From 13:00 on the last build-up day until one hour after the event closes on the final day.

Internet/WIfi

We offer wired internet and Wi-Fi via the webshop. Please see the webshop for the different options.

It is not permitted to set up your own wireless network.

If you depend on a stable internet connection, we recommend requesting a wired internet connection instead of Wi-Fi.

Rigging

Give your stand more visibility from a distance without compromising the available floor space by hanging banners, lighting, AV equipment, or objects above the stand.

You can request trusses, lighting, hanging points, etc., via the webshop or Event Services. All hanging points are provided by our in-house supplier, Decoriginals. For safety reasons, attaching objects to the building yourself is not permitted.

Unfortunately, rigging is not possible at all locations within the venues.

Therefore, please refer to the floor plan of Evenementenhal Gorinchem for the rigging and no rigging zones.
