Specifications
If you have ordered print work, you must submit the designs on time. Check the deadlines for when the designs must be received by us and see below for the submission specifications.
Seamless prints
The fabric of seamless prints is the property of the exhibitor (excluding the frame). If you wish to keep the fabric after the event, it must be taken immediately after the last day of the event. The fabric can be easily removed from the frame by pulling the small loop at the bottom corner.
Fabrics still in the frames one hour after the event closes will be removed and recycled, and will no longer be retrievable.
Graphic files can be uploaded via our event uploader. After placing an order, you will receive an email with a direct link and more information about uploading files.

Printed stand panels
Printed stand panels can be taken by the exhibitor after the event if desired (excluding the frame). If you wish to take the stand panels with you, you must notify the exhibitors’ reception or Event Services before the end of the first day of the event. The panels must be taken immediately after the event ends. Unfortunately, there is no storage facility for the panels.
If it is not indicated before the end of the first day of the event that you wish to take the stand panels, they will be recycled immediately after the event closes.
Other print work
The specifications for other print work, such as All-in Plus banners, printed fries lists, Easy Eyecatchers prints, counter stickers, etc., will be provided after ordering the desired product.
All banners, printed fabrics, and panels can be taken by the exhibitor after the event if desired (excluding the frame). If you wish to take the print work with you, you must notify the exhibitors’ reception or Event Services before the end of the first day of the event. The prints must be taken immediately after the last day of the event. Dismantling is carried out by Easyfairs and/or the respective supplier. Unfortunately, there is no storage facility for print work.
If it is not indicated before the end of the first day of the event that you wish to take the print work, it will be removed and recycled immediately after the event closes.
