Regarding insurance and liability, we have established several matters within Easyfairs:

Stand insurance

Easyfairs offers a collective stand insurance, which exhibitors can join at an attractive rate. For all questions regarding the collective stand insurance, please refer to: www.inevexco.co.uk.

Welding on the stand

Gas cannisters

  • Only a working stock is allowed on the exhibition floor, meaning one bottle that is secured against falling over.
  • The remaining stock must be stored in a ventilated, locked room separate from the building, at least 15 metres from the premises.
  • At the end of each day of the event, the valves on the cylinders must be turned off.

Protection

  • Work areas must be properly shielded from visitors using a barrier made of hard plastic or glass. Visitors must not come into contact with heated parts or open flames.
  • The floor must also be protected, for example, with a rubber mat.
  • It is mandatory to have a fire extinguisher and fire blanket in the stand.
  • Demonstrations must be conducted by trained personnel.
  • Electric welding fume extraction is mandatory.
