Webshop rates

Order on time to benefit from the low early booking rate. See here the deadline for the early booking rate.

After the early booking rate period has ended, a surcharge of 30% applies. Certain products, such as print work, can only be ordered during the early booking period.

Placing additional orders after the webshop has closed is only possible during the build-up at the exhibitors’ desk.

Please note:

  • A 100% surcharge applies for requesting technical provisions during the build-up.
  • Only a limited range of products is available during the build-up and while stocks last.
  • Deliveries of additional orders placed via the webshop always take priority over orders placed during the build-up.

Cancellations of additional orders can be made up to 15 days before the start of the event. After this date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Print work such as seamless prints, printed panels, and stickers cannot be cancelled.

Webshop items are rented and therefore remain the property of Easyfairs Nederland BV and/or the suppliers. In case of damage and/or loss, the costs will be charged to the exhibitor.
