Access & stand personnel
Below you will find all the important information about access to the event during setup, dismantling, and the event days themselves. Make sure you are well prepared and follow all access rules.
Stand personnel
Register your stand personnel in advance via My Easyfairs (Manage the stand – Stand personnel – Manage staff). During setup, you can collect the badges with the barcode at the exhibitor reception.
Catering vouchers
All exhibitors receive 2 catering vouchers per event day, which grant access to the exhibitor restaurant. Additional catering vouchers can be ordered in the webshop. The catering vouchers, including any extra ordered vouchers, can be collected at the exhibitor reception on the last setup day and the first event day.

Parking tickets
All exhibitors receive 2 parking tickets per event day, which allow free exit. If you need additional parking tickets, order them in advance through the webshop or on-site at the parking meter. The parking tickets, including any extra ordered tickets, can be collected at the exhibitor reception on the last setup day and the first event day.
Accessibility
By car
Junction Gorinchem (A27/A15) towards Nijmegen (A15). Take the Gorinchem-East exit (exit 28). At the traffic lights, turn left and follow the dynamic signage.
Parking
Around Evenementenhal Gorinchem, there are 2,200 parking spaces where you can park your vehicle for €11 per day. Coming by bike? There is also a free bicycle parking facility on the parking lot.
Public transport
Evenementenhal Gorinchem is easily accessible by public transport.* From Gorinchem station, you can take line 387. Get off at the nearest stop, De Griendweg, and it is only an 8-minute walk to Evenementenhal Gorinchem.
