Multi fuel burner systems

Zantingh has been a gas burner manufacturer for over 50 years, specialized in greenhouse horticulture. Gas is a broad concept in this case, as in addition to natural gas, Zantingh burners are suitable for burning all types of gas with a calorific value. This includes many types of biogas (such as landfill gas, sewage gas, fermentation gas, etc.) and propane gas (LPG), which is again in the spotlight due to the natural gas crisis. A unique example is our combination burner suitable for multiple types of gas. Natural gas/propane gas or natural gas/biogas are common combinations. It goes without saying that it remains possible to expand combination gas burners with a provision for liquid fuels. A recent development is the use of hydrogen, also a gaseous fuel, which does not release CO2 after combustion. Hydrogen is expected to play an important role in the future, just like other fuels that are specially developed for further decarbonisation of the greenhouse horticulture sector.

Central Heating wholesale

Zantingh keeps more than 6000 central heating components in stock at their central heating wholesale locations. These components are delivered throughout the Netherlands and shipped abroad. The range is mainly oriented towards large heating systems used in the greenhouse horticultural sector, non-residential construction and industry. The core range includes various top brands, such as Ebro, Centra, Honeywell, Spirotech, SPX, which we represent either exclusively or not.

CO2 dosing systems

We supply stainless steel high-efficiency exhaust fans. A smaller motor capacity can be applied when using this type of fan. This considerably reduces electricity costs. Zantingh is more than just a supplier of efficient fans. We provide extensive calculations and advice regarding the installation of the distribution pipe system for the greenhouse. This ensures that the CO2 is optimally distributed within the greenhouse. Zantingh also supplies system components, such as a central CO2 collector to collect the CO2 from multiple sources, the connecting material, the throttle plates and the distributing hoses. To prevent the risk of CO dosage (carbon monoxide), our range includes various CO detection options.

Flue gas condensers

The efficiency of the Zantingh flue gas condensers is so high, that we can guarantee a return on investment of under a year (depending on the exact operational conditions). These flue gas condensers are the only condensers for which the water side components are all made of stainless steel. The high-quality flue gas condensers are high efficiency compact segment condensers with a large heated surface.
