Werving & Selectie
If you want to hire permanent staff, but you don't have the resources or time to look for it yourself, choose recruitment & selection at Nedflex. We take over the search for the perfect candidate and all additional administrative actions for you. As soon as the candidate joins you, you take over all responsibilities. This is what the recruitment & selection process looks like Recruitment You engage one of our recruiters for a specific vacancy. The first conversations The recruiter will recruit candidates and conduct the first interviews. Second conversation If there is a suitable candidate, a second interview will follow. This interview takes place with you, the client, the recruiter and the candidate. Accompaniment The candidate is fully supervised by our recruiter, including any required papers (such as VOG) and a PPA online assessment. Fairy You only pay a fee when the candidate starts working for you. Is it better to opt for permanent or flexible employees? Are you unsure whether you want to hire someone permanently or rather with a temporary contract? Then choose broadcasting, for example. Then you can still hire this employee yourself after 1040 hours worked.
