About us
Martin Stolze is a technical production company. We invent, design, program, manufacture, and install everything ourselves. Our machines make work easier and more ergonomic and efficient. Among other things we make conveyor belts, roller conveyors, potting machines, buffer conveyor and tables, watering stations, turntables, soil conveyer belts, chain forks and potting forks. Do you need a temporary solution? We also rent! We are located in The Netherlands.
Our fun and professional team is made up of more than 60 employees. As part of the Kind Technologies group, we are an organisation that is stable and growing.
Products & services
Packing lines
The efficient and ergonomic packing lines from Martin Stolze are specially designed for various activities such as supplying bulk packaging, packing and weighing and removing both small packages and empty bulk packaging. Many setups are possible for this; work tables on one or both sides, all in ‘line’ or adjusted to the room and working method. The packing lines are tailor-made entirely to your wishes.
Conveyor belts
Martin Stolze has been manufacturing conveyor belts since 1991. We have developed conveyor belts for many applications over the years; from conveyor belts for small products to robust conveyor belts suitable for heavy products. The most well-known conveyor belts are the mobile link conveyor belts. These are 6 metres long and can be linked together up to 50 meters. Would you like a fixed conveyor belt system? For this, we have main belts on the path, façade conveyor belts and hooded conveyor belts. Our conveyor belts are easy to use in combination with workstations where various activities are carried out. For example, in packaging lines, wrapping lines and Cuttings’ insertion lines. We also have customised solutions for waste disposal and soil conveyor belts.
Potting
Martin Stolze has developed various machines for potting. The Stolze 3030 potting machine is a modern machine suitable for every potting job. This potting machine has been around for more than 20 years and is by now ubiquitous in the horticultural and tree nursery industries. The Stolze 3030-PRO potting machine is the result of improving the standard Stolze 3030 potting machine. The cream of the crop among potting machines. Potting machine Stolze 3030-PRO is quieter and requires less maintenance compared to standard potting machines and can be extensively set and read out. In combination with a planting robot, both machines can be very efficiently adjusted to each other. This leads to a smooth, fast and fully automated potting process. We also offer complete systems in which the soil supply is taken care of by means of a big bale breaker, soil truck or a toploader with soil conveyor belts.
Shipping System
With the roller conveyor buffer, you can optimize suborders with multiple plants and pot sizes. The shipping system as shown, consists of a stock buffer of roller conveyors. The orders are placed on the conveyor belt that leads to the packing counter. At the packing counter the plants can be placed in different trays and stickers and labels can be placed. The shipping system is easy to operate and can be altered to your wishes
