Emission-free filter technology
The cloth filter offers the solution for filtration of water without backwash water, like with sand filters and self-cleaning filters. The cloth filter is a pressure-less filter technology that can easily be applied anywhere. The cloth filter is reliable and easy to use for removing solids from water. The system operates without pressure, which means you save on the energy costs of pumps. The filter process is transparent and ingenious in its simplicity. Innovation can also be easy The cloth filter is a fully automatic filter that filters your water through a filter cloth. This filter cloth removes the undissolved substances from the water. Thanks to a handy flow-through system, there is always a clean and proper-functioning filter cloth available. The used filter cloth with the dirt collected in it automatically falls into the waste bin and can be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way.

HortiZone
HortiZone is a purification system with a purification rate of more than 95% and which operates in accordance with the newest legislation. In addition to purification, the HortiZone ECO can also be used for decontamination purposes. The HortiZone ECO has a capacity of 0.7 or 1.2m3/hr, while the larger HortiZone PRO can produce outputs of up to 10m3/hr. Operation The HortiZone operates on the basis of ozone oxidation. The unique design of the ozone reactor, in combination with the latest ozone technology, provides the basis for the HortiZone’s purification rate. The entire process is controlled by means of a PLC provided with a full-colour touchscreen incorporated into the system itself. The system automatically sends failure and maintenance notifications by email, and can be controlled by remote via the user’s smartphone or PC. The operation is entirely based on ozone. Therefore, there is no need whatsoever for consumables like activated carbon, hydrogen peroxide, chlorine, catalysts, coated ceramic granules or similar. All that is needed is electricity and compressed air.

Thanks to the fast and efficient disinfection of your hands and soles, a hygiene barrier will provide you with clean access to your company. AutoFill
AutoFill fertilizer-tank filler Measuring and mixing liquid fertilizer is a time-consuming and precise job, on which a lot depends. Our fully automatic AutoFill fertilizer-tank filler saves a great deal of work. With AutoFill you are always assured of the correct dosage and optimum fertilizer mixing. AutoFill operates according to the fertilizer schedules that you specify. The AutoFill fertilizer-tank filler has a modular structure, whereby it is possible to enter multiple fertilizer schemes for sets of A and B fertilizer tanks, supplemented with, for example, two C containers for acid and alkali. The AutoFill works with two intermediate vessels. In the intermediate vessels, the required fertilizer schedule is prepared in such a way that the composition fully matches the relevant fertilizer schedule in the A and B fertilizer tanks. This allows you to always empty the intermediate vessels in these tanks. This creates a fully automatic and continuous process. The control and operation of AutoFill is very user-friendly, using a powerful PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) with a touchscreen display. The touchscreen display shows a continuous visualization of the filling process. The PLC allows monitoring and registration of the operation and provides a fully comprehensive record of the fertilizers used.

Dosifeed
Mixing vessel or injection unit The Dosifeed is a mixing vessel or injection unit that can be used to prepare and pump feed water to your crops. The Dosifeed is available in different capacities and can be controlled by various computer systems. Version As standard, the Dosifeed is equipped with a stainless steel frame and a work floor of galvanised grids. The Dosifeed can be equipped with a mixing vessel, in which the A and B fertiliser solutions are accurately administered by means of a number of dosing pumps. When many different feed solutions have to be prepared, the A and B solutions can be injected into a mixing chamber equipped with a static mixer. An advanced EC and pH control system ensures the reliable dosage of the required fertilisers. The water is filtered through a sand filter that rinses fully automatically, or through a self-cleaning filter. For operational safety, an extra fine filter with a throughput of 130 microns is applied. An EC pre-control system can be applied for the mixing of drain water (which has been disinfected) to ensure the pre-set and regular supply of drain water. The Dosifeed can process various types of fertilisers into the desired nutrient solution. Nowadays, solid fertilisers are often mixed with premixed fertilisers in big bags. When liquid fertilisers are processed the A and B vessels can easily be filled using the Flowfeed.
High-pressure misting system
Horticoop Technical Services’ high-pressure misting system One of the key determining factors for ensuring a vigorous, productive crop is a good climate, in which retaining the desired level of Relative Humidity (RH) is immensely important. Horticoop Technical Services’ high-pressure misting system effectively helps to control RH and keep it at the desired level. Operation One or more high-pressure pumps pump water to the selected section, where the water is spray-misted into the air by an advanced nozzle system. The use of electronic piston valves makes it possible to treat only those sections that require more moisture. The desired humidity level is indicated on the RH sensor in the control box. In addition to this, the high-pressure misting system can easily be controlled by a climate computer. The various options for the installation of nozzles in the different sections ensure a suitable solution for every situation. Cooling effect and retention of CO2 The primary objective of the high-pressure misting system is to keep the RH in the greenhouse at the desired level. Apart from this, spray-misting has a cooling effect (adiabatic cooling). This means that window vents will not have to be opened as widely and more CO2 can be retained. Capacities Every high-pressure misting system can be custom-built. The use of various high-pressure pumps makes it possible to reach every desired capacity. If desired, a frequency regulator can be connected to the pump to ensure the optimal and effective operation of the system.

OxyBull
The OxyBull is an advanced aeration system that uses micro bubble technology. The system ensures a saturated acid content of 120%. Microbubbles are fractionally larger than nanobubbles, which causes movement in the water storage. These movements effectively combat the growth of organic pollution and algae. The OxyBull can be properly monitored when it is connected to the Agrona oxygen meter.

At many horticultural companies you will find silos and water basins to store rainwater. Underground water storage is another way of storing water, without large silos and basins. (English: aquifer storage and recovery, or ASR) We can install the installation to store the water in the ground.
