Agroskills – language training and crop protection, clear and practical
Agroskills supports companies in the agricultural and horticultural sector with two clear pillars: language training and crop protection training. Two separate programmes, with one shared goal: safe, efficient and confident teams on the work floor.
The language training programmes focus on improving communication, understanding instructions and working together more effectively. All training is practical and delivered in the participants’ native language, ensuring that information is truly understood and immediately applicable in daily work.
In addition, Agroskills provides crop protection training, focused on safe handling, understanding procedures and correctly applying regulations. These trainings are also offered in the native language of the employees, reducing risks, preventing mistakes and increasing safety awareness.

Taaltraining NL
Dutch Language Training (A1, A2, B1, or B2) Agroskills offers Dutch language training for international employees whose native language is Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian, Turkish, or Ukrainian. Our snowball method—which focuses primarily on speaking—helps participants progress faster than traditional methods, which often lead to unmotivated participants. By emphasizing speaking, participants make faster progress than with textbook exercises alone. The training courses, offered at four levels (A1–B2), consist of 15 two-hour sessions, are available in-company or open enrollment, and always offer personalized guidance in the participants' native language. This principle ensures that participants feel comfortable more quickly, allowing them to make more progress and communicate confidently in Dutch. What do the levels entail? A1: Beginning language user; understands simple words and speaks short sentences. A2: Beginning user with a broader vocabulary; speaks longer sentences and understands short, simple texts. B1: Can express themselves well in the workplace, speaks simply and clearly, and understands most texts. B2: Understands complex texts on abstract topics and can express themselves more fluently. Participants receive a handbook with assignments and homework, which, in addition to the practical lessons, supports their language development. However, the course focuses primarily on speaking, allowing participants to quickly become confident in using the language. Afterward, they take a test and receive a certificate indicating their language level (A1, A2, B1, or B2) as proof of their achievement.
Taaltraining EN (A1 of A2)
Agroskills offers English language training for international employees whose native language is Polish, Romanian, Turkish, or Ukrainian. Our snowball method—which focuses primarily on speaking—helps participants progress faster than traditional methods, which often lead to unmotivated participants. By emphasizing speaking, participants progress more quickly than with textbook exercises alone. The course is available at A1 and A2 levels and consists of 15 in-company (or open enrollment) sessions of 2.5 hours, with a minimum of eight and a maximum of 15 participants per group. Each training session is delivered by instructors who speak the participants' native language. This principle ensures that participants feel comfortable more quickly, allowing them to make more progress and communicate confidently in English. The levels are: A1: Beginner; simple words and short sentences. A2: Broader vocabulary; longer sentences and simple texts. Participants receive a handbook with assignments and homework, which, in addition to the practical lessons, supports their language development. However, the English course focuses primarily on speaking, helping participants build confidence in using the language more quickly. Afterward, they take a test and receive a certificate indicating their language level (A1 or A2) as proof of their achievement.
Training Gewasbescherming PL, BG, EN, NL, TR
Agroskills – Training Gewasbescherming Wil je professioneel aan de slag met gewasbeschermingsmiddelen? Deze basiscursus gewasbescherming is het juiste startpunt. De training behandelt de fundamenten van gewasbescherming, met een duidelijke focus op veilig werken, doeltreffende bestrijdingsmethoden en milieubewuste keuzes. De lessen worden verzorgd door ervaren vakmensen uit de praktijk. Dankzij hun kennis van het werkveld en de dagelijkse realiteit sluiten de trainingen direct aan op wat er gebeurt in kas, teelt en op het land. Start met Gewasbescherming Deze basiscursus is speciaal ontwikkeld voor iedereen die in de praktijk werkt met gewasbescherming en zich wil verdiepen in veilige, effectieve en milieubewuste toepassingen. Wat leer je? Tijdens de training maak je kennis met: De basisprincipes van gewasbescherming Veilig werken met middelen en materialen Milieuvriendelijke bestrijdingsstrategieën Praktische toepassingen op de werkvloer Voor wie? Deze cursus is bedoeld voor iedereen die beroepsmatig gewasbeschermingsmiddelen wil toepassen. Er is geen specifieke voorkennis vereist. Examen en verlenging De cursus wordt afgesloten met een theorie- en praktijkexamen. Na het behalen van het examen ontvang je een vakbekwaamheidsbewijs (spuitlicentie), dat 5 jaar geldig is. Om de licentie te behouden, dienen binnen deze periode verlengingsbijeenkomsten te worden gevolgd. Toelatingseisen Basiskennis van de Poolse, Engelse, Bulgaarse of Roemeense taal, zodat deelnemers in de juiste cursusgroep kunnen worden ingedeeld.
