Those who get the most out of their badge reader will be rewarded. The exhibitor with the most Smart Badge scans will also win a promotional package.

Personalize Smart Badge Reader

If you have an EasyGo Plus package, you have two Smart Badge Readers at your disposal. Do you have a GoPlus package? Then we offer you the option of personalising the second Smart Badge Reader free of charge for your trade fair promotion! It is up to you to add the trade fair promotion to My Easyfairs, for example as a product, and link the second Smart Badge Reader to it (no later than 3 weeks before the exhibition).

Win a free stand with the most visitors!

Exhibitors can once again take part in the “Most Visitors Promotion” this year. Did you use the Invitation Service and did this result in you having the most visitors to your stand? Then you could win a free 24 m² stand for the next edition!

The winner will be surprised at their stand at around 8 p.m. on the last day of the exhibition.

Win a free stand with Rebooking!

Exhibitors can once again take part in the Rebook promotion this year. Book your stand for the next edition of HortiContact before the end of the last day of the exhibition (no later than 6 p.m.) and you could win a free 24 m² stand.

The winner will be surprised at their stand on the last day of the exhibition at around 7 p.m. You can easily participate by booking in advance of the exhibition or during the exhibition in the Exhibitor Lounge.

This is a great opportunity to secure your participation and possibly attend the next edition free of charge.
