HortiContact 2026 Unveils New Format and Clear Focus: Three Main Themes Announced
Preparations for HortiContact 2026 are in full swing. Earlier this year, it was announced that the trade show will be more compact: two days instead of three, with afternoon and evening opening hours (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM). This change reflects today’s – and tomorrow’s – reality: making efficient use of time and doing business with purpose.
Today, the organization reveals the three main themes for HortiContact 2026, which highlight the core of modern greenhouse horticulture:

With these themes, HortiContact places a sharper focus on plant-centered innovations and current challenges. Topics include plant material, crop protection, resilient cultivation, and precision technology. There is also significant attention on automation, labor efficiency, and attracting and retaining well-trained staff.
Building the Future of Greenhouse Horticulture Together
To create an even stronger and more relevant event, the organization is working closely with key stakeholders across the sector – from growers to suppliers, and from knowledge institutes to market leaders.
