The Event Services team would like to think with you to realise the look of your stand construction. Think about applying your corporate identity into the appearance of your stand. This can be done by means of luxury furniture, seamless prints, printed panels, or eye catchers. In addition, the Event Services team is ready to answer all your technical questions. In the webshop in My Easyfairs you will find an overview of all the products that we can deliver. Do you have a different wish, which is not in the webshop? Please contact Event Services with mentioning the name of the exhibition and your stand number.

Space only
When you have space only, your stand design needs to be approved by Event Services. We would like to receive an impression and a technical floorplan where the measurements are clear. Your stand design needs to be handed in at Event Services with mentioning the name of the exhibition and your stand number, before the deadline.

  • The maximum build height is 4,5 meter.
  • The maximum expression height is 4,5 meter. The logos and visuals cannot be hung higher than 4,5 meter.
  • The open sides can be closed to a maximum of 50% to prevent the loss of sight for all the participants.
  • All the back walls higher than 2.5 meter need to be finished neat and neutral without any signs of logo expressions.

Forklift service
Do you wish to make use of a heavier forklift than our standard forklift up to 2.5 tons? Please contact Event Services.
