COVID-19 measures for visitors

During the press conference on June 24th. the Dutch government has given green light to organize meetings with more than 100 people, provided that the established COVID-19 measures are met. We are happy to welcome you again. We have taken the necessary measures in various ways to ensure this proceeds safely.

Prior to your visit

Before your visit, we take  the following measures into account:

Online registration

Please always register online before the event, as registration onsite is not possible. You can either print out your admission voucher, which has a barcode, or bring it on your mobile device. You will then be able to scan the barcode at one of our (touchless) scanning stations.

Online ticket sales

For certain Easyfairs events, you’ll need a ticket. Please purchase your ticket(s) online before the event, as this will not be possible onsite. You can either print out your ticket, which has a barcode, or bring it on your mobile device. You will then be able to scan the barcode at one of our (touchless) scanning stations.

Registration timeslot

For certain Easyfairs events you will have to choose a specific timeslot for your visit, during registration or when purchasing a ticket. Only in this way the social distancing rules can be respected.

Online preparation

You can prepare your visit as efficiently as possible via the website of our events. You can consult the exhibitor list and the content program and plan in advance which companies and products you want to see and which knowledge sessions you want to follow.

Stay home if you feel ill

As much as we want to see you at our events, we kindly ask you to respect everyone’s health and safety. If you feel at all ill – including mild cold symptoms or a high temperature – please stay at home.

During your visit

During your visit we will observe the following measures:

Social distancing

We kindly request that you maintain a distance of at least 1.5 metres from other people.

Avoid physical contact

We are implementing a strict no contact policy. So please avoid handshakes with everyone, including exhibitors.

Crowd density standards

To ensure appropriate physical distancing during our events we will control the number of people present in the event halls at all times, in accordance with local guidance.

Disinfection protocol

All surfaces at an Easyfairs event are treated with disinfectants. The most frequently touched surfaces will be disinfected at regular intervals. The used spraying technology ensures the highest standards of hygiene.

Hand hygiene

Hand sanitiser stations will be available everywhere on the exhibition floor and in common areas. Please make use of them regularly during the day!

Cashless payment

To protect your health and safety, we only accept cashless payments at Easyfairs venues.

Directional walkways

On paths where there is enough room for people to walk in both directions, please keep to your side as indicated by the directional arrows.

Food & drinks

You can still get food and drinks at our events and venues. We kindly ask you to use the hand sanitisers available at catering points before eating and drinking.

Plexiglass shields

Plexiglass shields will be installed at information points, catering points and all counters staffed by team members throughout the event floor.

Maximum capacity in conference rooms

Conference areas will also allow for social distancing, with 1.5 metres between chairs. This means there will be limited capacity, so please arrive early.

Smart Badge contactless technology

The safest way to visit an event is by using our Smart Badge, which requires no physical contact and guarantees a 100% safe event experience. You can swipe your badge on readers distributed throughout the event to gather product and stand information.
