René Polak has been appointed Sales Director Horticulture at the Ushio Group

René has been Ushio’s Horticulture Sales Manager for the past four years. He built up a strong and very solid customer base with both end-users and large global OEMs.
In his new position, René will further strengthen Ushio’s market position as one of the few high-quality component manufacturers for the horticultural sector. Ushio is one of the very few companies in Europe that does all its research and development for the horticulture business sector in Germany. Production takes place exclusively in our own factories in Europe.
In line with the company’s strategic direction to return to its roots in 2021 – the production of lamps and power supplies for the horticultural market – René will focus on strengthening the current market position and further expanding the partnerships with current OEMs.
