EasyGo makes your participation in HortiContact a lot easier. Via My Easyfairs, you can manage all aspects of your trade fair participation in one place. There, you’ll find the information and tools you need to prepare thoroughly for the event. This includes inviting business contacts and prospects, managing your company profile and linking Smart Badge Readers.

EasyGo also helps you get more out of your meetings during HortiContact. With the Smart Badge Reader and the Visit Connect web app, you can easily collect contact details and follow up on leads efficiently after the trade fair.

A successful trade fair is a joint effort. To make it easy for you to invite business contacts and potential customers to HortiContact, Easyfairs offers an invitation service. This allows you to easily reach your network and increases the chance of valuable meetings during the trade fair.

We’ll send personalised invitations on behalf of your organisation, either by email or post, to your business contacts.

Would you prefer to send invitations yourself? Via My Easyfairs, you’ll find your personal registration link and various marketing materials to promote HortiContact.
