Once you have registered for HortiContact, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the information you need to get started with My Easyfairs.
After logging in, you will find a clear timeline setting out the steps you need to follow to prepare for your participation in the trade fair. By completing these steps fully and in good time, you will ensure that you are well prepared for HortiContact.

Frequently asked questions
Once you have registered for HortiContact, you will automatically receive a message from My Easyfairs enabling you to create an account. Once you have an account, you can simply log in via My Easyfairs.
Log in to My Easyfairs, select HortiContact 2027 and choose the ‘Manage your stand’ option. Here you’ll find an overview of all your orders and the online shop.
Log in to My Easyfairs, select HortiContact 2027 and choose the ‘Invite your customers’ option. Here you’ll find your personalised URL. You’ll also see an overview of all visitors who have registered via your link.
Tip: make sure to use the marketing materials available to you under ‘Files’.
