VISITORS
We are delighted that you would like to attend! Admission to HortiContact is completely free of charge.
You can register to visit HortiContact from 6 weeks before the trade fair. You can easily order your tickets via our website. You will then receive these tickets directly in your mailbox.
No, you do not need to print your ticket(s). Simply scan your e-ticket at the entrance and then let yourself be inspired at HortiContact.
Have you received a registration link or personal code? Order your ticket and enter your personal registration code. You will then receive your e-ticket in your mailbox.
Did you enter an incorrect email address? Please contact our Invitation Service department. Send an email to uitnodiging@easyfairs.com.
No, one ticket allows you to visit HortiContact for one day.
Of course, children are also welcome at the fair! Children aged 12 and over must also have an e-ticket to visit the fair. Children under the age of 12 do not need to register.

Programme
HortiContact in Gorinchem will take place on February 25 and 26, 2026.
Opening hours are as follows:
February 25, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
February 26, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

The winner of the Innovation Award will be presented with the award by our team one month after the trade fair. Until then, you can still vote for your favorite.

Food
Our catering colleagues will be ready to serve you the tastiest snacks and drinks during the opening hours of the fair.
Yes, catering is fully taken care of during HortiContact and is therefore included.
Yes, our catering also has vegetarian options.
Accessibility
During HortiContact Gorinchem, a parking ticket costs €11 per day.
After a day at HortiContact, would you like to stay overnight at one of the nearby hotels or bed and breakfasts? View the hotels in the surrounding area of Gorinchem here.
Naturally, we strive to be accessible to everyone. Therefore, we are mindful of those with limited mobility. Disabled parking spaces are available at the entrance to our parking lot. Accessible toilets are also available at each restroom block.
Health
Yes, we have a dedicated area for this purpose. Please let one of our staff members know, and they will explain where to find it.

The cost of your participation depends on several factors. For example, how big and where do you want to be at the trade show? It’s best to contact one of our account managers or leave your details in this form.
We’ll send your contacts invitations a month before the fair opens. The invitations have already been sent.
