If you wish to keep the fabric after the event, it must be taken immediately after the last day of the event. The fabric can be easily removed from the frame by pulling the small loop at the bottom corner.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div role=\"article\"><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"leading-7 [&amp;:not(:first-child)]:mt-4 whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\" role=\"article\">Fabrics still in the frames one hour after the event closes will be removed and recycled, and will no longer be retrievable.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div role=\"article\"><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"leading-7 [&amp;:not(:first-child)]:mt-4 whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\" role=\"article\">Graphic files can be uploaded via our event uploader. If you wish to take the stand panels with you, you must notify the exhibitors&#8217; reception or Event Services before the end of the first day of the event. The panels must be taken immediately after the event ends. The prints must be taken immediately after the last day of the event. Dismantling is carried out by Easyfairs and\/or the respective supplier.
