FRAVEye
FRAVEye is a smart IoT device designed for automated pest monitoring in greenhouses, replacing manual sticky card scouting with continuous, high-resolution data collection. It provides growers with reliable, objective insight into pest pressure while significantly reducing labour and response time. FRAVEye captures daily images of sticky cards using a 12-Mpx high-resolution camera and applies AI models to detect and quantify key greenhouse pests, including whitefly, thrips, aphids, leaf miner, and other common insect pests. Detection results are available in near real time, enabling earlier intervention and more precise integrated pest management (IPM). The system is designed as a scalable solution. A typical deployment starts at 16 devices per hectare and can be expanded based on greenhouse layout, crop density, and monitoring requirements. This flexibility allows growers to adapt the system to both small compartments and large commercial operations. FRAVEye is built for easy plug-and-play installation. Each device features a magnetic mounting system, allowing fast, tool-free installation on greenhouse structures. Devices are wireless and powered by an integrated solar panel, eliminating the need for cabling or frequent battery replacement and enabling flexible placement throughout the greenhouse. All collected data is transmitted wirelessly and made accessible through FRAVE Cloud, FRAVEBOT’s data platform, where users can view intuitive dashboards showing pest counts, trends, and hotspots. For operations using other digital tools, FRAVEye also supports API integration, allowing pest data to be connected directly to existing greenhouse management or analytics systems. FRAVEye transforms pest monitoring from a manual, periodic task into a continuous, data-driven process. By combining high-resolution imaging, scalable deployment, simple installation, and AI-based analysis, it enables faster decisions, lower labour input, and more targeted crop protection strategies.

FRAVEBOT Scout
FRAVEBOT Scout is an autonomous greenhouse robot designed to give growers continuous insight into their crop. It performs plant health and disease detection, identifies pest pressure, and tracks fruit counting and ripeness recognition, helping growers understand both crop condition and production progress in real time. Scout is developed specifically for high-wire crops and is ready to be launched in tomato, cucumber, and pepper production. By moving through the greenhouse daily, it replaces occasional manual scouting with systematic, repeatable data collection. The robot scans the crop row by row, creating a complete and objective overview of the greenhouse rather than isolated observations. This enables earlier problem detection, more targeted crop protection, and reliable yield forecasting based on actual fruit load and development. All collected data is transferred wirelessly and made available in real time through FRAVE Cloud, where growers can view clear dashboards showing crop status, pest and disease levels, fruit counts, and ripening stages. Data can also be integrated into existing farm management systems via API connections, allowing Scout to fit seamlessly into current workflows. To operate at scale, FRAVEBOT Scout uses fully autonomous RTK-guided navigation, independently changing rows and covering up to 5 hectares per day. This enables frequent monitoring of large greenhouse areas without increasing labour demand. Equipped with industry-certified safety features, Scout is designed to work safely alongside people and greenhouse infrastructure in everyday operations. Once deployed, it becomes a permanent digital layer in the greenhouse, continuously collecting data in the background. FRAVEBOT Scout supports growers in moving from manual observations to data-driven crop management, helping achieve healthier crops, more efficient labour use, and more predictable production.
