HortiContact 2028

HortiContact will take place on 17 and 18 February 2027 at the Evenementenhal Gorinchem. The exhibition is open every day from 13:00 to 21:00.

The next edition of HortiContact in Gorinchem will take place on 17 and 18 February 2027. Opening hours are from 1.00 pm to 9.00 pm.

During HortiContact, you can park in one of the 2,200 parking spaces for €11 per day.

Yes, there are 36 charging points at Evenementenhal Gorinchem.

You can register to visit HortiContact from 4 January 2027. You can easily book your tickets via our website. You will then receive your tickets straight away in your inbox.

Yes, admission to HortiContact is free, but you must register in advance.

Yes, advance registration is compulsory for HortiContact.

Yes, that’s certainly possible. Please speak to one of the hostesses when you arrive, and we’ll look up your details in our system. So you won’t need to register again.

How lovely that you want to expand your knowledge of the sector’s future! When booking your ticket, you can register for the symposia and conferences being organised in the run-up to the trade fair.

No, one ticket allows you to visit HortiContact for one day.

Of course! Children are also very welcome at the fair. Children aged 12 and over need an e-ticket. Children under 12 do not need to register.

The cost of your participation depends on a number of factors. For example, how large a stand do you want, and where do you want it to be at the trade fair? It’s best to get in touch with one of our account managers or fill in this form with your details.

It is still possible to book a stand at HortiContact. Our account managers are on hand to help. Please fill in this form with your details and they will then get in touch with you.

To access your online profile for HortiContact in My Easyfairs, you must first set up your stand. Have you taken part in an Easyfairs trade fair before? If so, this will only take a few seconds. Once you’ve entered the basic information, you can continue setting up your online profile. After registering as an exhibitor for HortiContact, you’ll receive your login details for
My Easyfairs. If you’re unable to log in or have lost your details, please contact us straight away.
